A stunning coffee from Juan Ramon out of the Montaño Micro Mill in Costa Rica. The honey (anaerobic) processing of these caturra and catuai varietals bring out an amazing fall/winter flavor profile: cinnamon, gingerbread, nutmeg. We loved it as pourover and espresso and we designed roasting profiles that are just right each brew method. See below for more details.
