We work directly with farmers to select the most experimental coffees. The experimental coffee market is emerging and new players are entering all the time.

Each package of Experimental comes with information about the coffee: the roast level, origin, farm, varietal, processing, and flavor profile. We want Experimenters to experience the coffee blind, without biases. We recommend you brew the coffee, record your data, and then compare against the information we send you.
