EXP018: PINK LEMONADE
This coffee reminds us of Edwin Norena's raspberry coferment (EXP011)—but less extreme. We sampled it and loved it because it hits our flavor profile just right: sweet, floral, and noticeably and unapologetically flavorful. Although it's not a coferment, the coffee highlights that Colombian producers can achieve a similar profile without added steps. We think that's something people are looking for in April 2026.
