Refund policy
Because coffee is a perishable product, all sales are final. However, we always want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo so we can make it right. Refunds or replacements are issued for qualifying cases and include any applicable sales tax. We can’t accept returns for opened bags or for taste preference, but we stand by the quality of our coffees and will do our best to resolve any issues quickly.
