WHY THIS COFFEE?
Two rarities for the price of one! Not only is this an uncommon natural process coffee from Guatemala, it’s also a Gesha. This coffee is a sophisticated tribute to the historic work that has been done to elevate the name Bella Carmona over the years. The plants are descendants of a particular Gesha selection originally made in Malawi that predates the Panamanian Gesha.
A bold expression of a Gesha, this lot has notes of deep berries, sesame seeds, pomegranate, and a cocktail-like essence. An almost smoke-like aftertaste creates a compelling textural experience with more notes of tajin, raspberry, orange blossom, and pink peppercorn. This is a wonderful coffee with high degree of complexity.
PROCESSING DETAILS
