WHY THIS COFFEE?
A lot of decaf sucks. Ours doesn't. This is a select water decaf process: After selection, the green coffee is pre-soaked in water to expand the beans for caffeine extraction. The beans are then introduced to a solution concentrated with coffee solubles that extract the caffeine without extracting the coffee's particular flavor.
REST TIME
Our coffees need a little time to rest before they are best to drink. Allow the coffee to rest for 2 weeks before digging in (include shipping time in these 2 weeks).
