EXP007: Ethiopian Guji

A grade one from the Guji region of Ethiopia. What else is there to ask? Grade 1 means that this crop was the highest quality. We're excited we got our hands on a naturally processed version of it and we think it's amazing.

This was one of our favorites from sampling a couple dozen offerings throughout April and May. We launched this in combination with EXP005 and EXP006 to showcase some of the amazing harvests from East Africa that happened this past year.
