WHY THIS COFFEE?
This coffee came out of 2025 workshop held by microbiologist Lucia Solis. It's the type of experiment that we like around here: extended fermentation with Lactobacillus bacteria. The fermentation produced a beautifully sweet, silky blend of chocolate, orange, and brown sugar. It's got that Kenya acidity that you expect from the SL28 and ruiru varietals that keep the cup punchy.
