WHY THIS COFFEE?

This coffee got into specialty: jasmine all throughout, a syrupy body, with delicate peach, apricot fruity notes. Sourced from smallholder farmers near Sidama, it leans floral, fruity, and bright in a classic southern Ethiopian way, with a sweetness and a subtle chocolatiness that keeps the cup familiar. We love this coffee.

We taste: Peach, apricot, unmistakable jasmine. That classic washed Ethiopia.

We like it as: A conical brewer with smaller doses (max 15g). Mid-range temperatures (~205) and grind (~525um) to elevate the fruits and florals without overextracting the coffee.

Rest: At least two weeks.
